Tivoli Audio recognized for outstanding customer service!

The Washington Post recently posted an article titled "The Checkout" on their website naming Paul English, a Boston software entreprenuer as a "Consumer Champion" for his development of GetHuman.com; a website targeted to help consumers reach customer service representatives of corporations and government agencies. Tivoli Audio is ranked as a top company for customer service, they said "often answers on the first ring, and they also have awesome products!". Other companies that made the list are Nordstrom, Lands End, Southwest Airlines and Zappos. View the list here.
