Official rules

Description of Giveaway: Via online method only, entrants will have the opportunity to win one (1) High Gloss Red/Silver SongBook portable radio from Tivoli Audio ("Sponsor"). Entrants must be a follower of @TivoliAudio on twitter.com and must retweet the contest message posted on the @TivoliAudio Twitter page. Entries will be accepted starting on or about 02/04/10 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), until 02/11/10 at 11:59 PM (ET). Sponsor's computer shall be the official timekeeping device for this giveaway.

Eligibility: No Purchase necessary to enter or win. Open only to legal residents of the 50 Unites States and the District of Columbia ("United States"), Must be 18 years or older to participate. NOTE: Sponsor may not receive entries from Twitter users with "protected" updates (i.e., user has set their account so that only people the user has approved can view their updates) due to the way Twitter operates its service. Employees (and such employees' immediate family or household members) of Tivoli Audio are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Enter-to-Win Period: The enter-to-win product giveaway begins on or about 02/04/10 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends 02/11/10 at 11:59 PM (ET). Sponsor's computer shall be the official timekeeping device for this giveaway.

Drawing: A random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted on 2/12/10 through Random.org, an independent selection service, to select the winner. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received.

Prize/ARV ("Approximate Retail Value"): Tivoli Audio SongBook portable radio in High Gloss Red/Silver, $199.99

Notification: Winner will be notified via Direct Message ("DM") via the twitter website and will be required to reply to the phone number or e-mail address provided within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to determine authenticity and eligibility.

Winner alternate will be pursued should winner fail to reply or be deemed ineligible for any reason.

Prize Restrictions: No prize substitution or transfer permitted except at sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right due to prize unavailability or for any reason to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value.

General: Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or in contravention of the Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of ciminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, in addition to disqualification of person making such attempt. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

Repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically prohibited, and any such entries will be disqualified. Only entries from authorized twitter account holders will be deemed eligible to win. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the twitter address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified twitter account, and Sponsor's decision will be final. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any error that may result in an erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software that results in loss of entry.

Though unlikely, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this giveaway at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to add or change rules at any time.
