This is a great add-on for our Model ONE radio. Not only does it charge the iPODs & iPHONE 4S - the remote control is a really nice feature. Excellent sound transfer and a very high quality finish provides a nice complement to the Model ONE. Make sure the iPOD/iPHONE connector is completely free of lint for trouble free operation.

The Tivoli Model One is a great radio to have in your home, office or anywhere you want to listen to a radio that sounds much "larger" than it really is.
The Connector allows you to attach your iPod (in my case, my iPhone 4S) that extends the usefulness of this great radio even further. Now I am able to listen to the music I have saved on my iPhone plus it allows me to listen to radio stations from all over the planet through different radio apps available for this phone.
Now I am able to listen to my favorite radio programs in deep, rich sound instead of the iPhones' speakers, uncomfortable ear buds or through the tinny speakers on my laptop.
I must tell you the directions for The Connector do not specify my particular iPhone, and the adapters they include with The Connector didn't quite fit my phone because of the case it is inside of, but just use care in connecting your iPhone and it is held solidly and firmly in The Connector due to a cool small adjustable 'wheel' that adjusts out to hold the phone at the correct angle.
I can now see myself using my Model One even more now since I have the option of listening to my music and my various internet based radio stations in addition to my favorite local stations in the Boston, MA area.
The Connector is a very user friendly accessory that will allow you to use your radio even more, making listening to more options than just the radio itself; and you can even watch videos stored on your handheld device on your regular TV by hooking it up through The Connector. I have yet to do that but it definitely something I will do in the near future.
The Connector is a very useful accessory that will allow you to use your Model One (or any of the Tivoli line of radios) in several different ways, increasing your overall listening enjoyment.
