RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products, or you care to return an order please fill out this form with as much information as possible and call Customer Service at 1.866.848.6544 x300.
Once we have this information entered into our system we will assign to you a return authorization number and provide you with the return shipping address at that time.
Please note that we can only service units purchased within the US, for international service please contact your local distributor.
OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCT
If your unit is beyond the one year warranty a fee will apply. The fee is used to replace your existing unit and ranges between fifty and one hundred dollars.

Units purchased from unauthorized dealers do not have a valid warranty.
