Music System BT

Bluetooth Streaming / FM Reception / AM Reception / Auxiliary Input / Alarm Clock / CD Player / Remote Control

With Tivoli Audio’s original Music System, our goal was to design a great-sounding, compact audio system. In the process, we ended up setting the benchmark for all-in-one, table top stereo systems. Many have tried to emulate it, but in the end, there is only one Music System… until now.

The Music System BT raises the bar by adding Bluetooth wireless technology. Stream your favorite music from any enabled smart phone, computer, or tablet to the Music System BT without cables. You'll still find the Tivoli Audio engineering traits that put the Music System on the map... separate amplifiers, custom drivers, and adjustable, bottomfiring subwoofer. We also retained our popular SpacePhase Wide mode, which produces an expansive soundstage and the dual, rear-firing bass ports, which provide extended bass response.

Features of the original Music System remain on board, including FM RDS/AM/CD, easy-to-see large display, digital clock with battery back-up, full-function remote control, snooze, sleep timer, and dual independent alarms.

High Fidelity Stereo Sound

A single-room solution pretty enough to fit into any interior but man enough to blow your head off with serious, refined, quality stereo.

...handsome, reasonably compact, sounds immense, and does pretty much everything that can be done in home audio.

Tivoli's classic approach to design and impressive clarity makes this the perfect listening solution for small rooms.

...Rich and clearly-defined sound that belies its small stature, and it's packed with features that give it great versatility.

I purchased this unit when it was on a clearance sale by a well-known audio retailer. I had been thinking about it| but kept putting it off as too expensive. The price dropped and I bought it. The sound is really great. The highs are there and the bass is just right. If you're looking for a boom box like bass this is not your system. Radio tuning and reception is wonderful. The CD player is a little on the slow side| but is okay once it starts. I have a problem once in awhile where it will not accept the cd into the drive. The only way I have found to correct this is to unplug the unit and then plug it back it and try again. I guess I should have returned it for a new unit| but I just couldn't part with the dlightful sound. All-in-all, I am very happy with this great sounding unit. Go Tivoli!!!

The sound is excellent, the operation couldn't be simpler, and it brings in a station that was difficult to receive. Can't ask more.

Wow! That's a beautiful radio. So elegant and simple, but it sounds great.

I bought this for my office when they first came out and after six or seven moves to different locations it still brings pleasure. It is also very rugged! it may seem pricey but it will serve for a long long time so well worth it I listen to Classical and Opera and it has great sound just what I need on a tense day. Even though i have been inside big buildings reception has been very good| without an antenna. The am seems especially good without much static

I purchased this for my mother-n-law who lives in a rural area. This radio picked up stations that other radios could not get. It came in clear and static free. The looks of the radio fits perfectly in her kitchen. Would recommend!

It must have been a challenge to make a digital CD player to match the analog styling of the Tivoli table radios. Certainly the enclosure and materials are the same so the outward appearance is of a unified system. The similarities mostly end there. While the Model Two for example has large spinning knobs, the Model CD has small push buttons. The CD player has a digital display while the radios have analog dials. The CD player has a remote control| but there is no remote to control the radio (and therefore power and volume). As with most Tivoli products, features follow the less-is-more approach. Basic features of play/pause/skip/scan/shuffle are all there, but no programming capabilities exist. Player quality is quite good, and the player has been able to handle CD-R and mildly scratched disks without any issues. Cabinet quality is probably also quite good for most| but my particular device has an imperfection in the wood cabinet right in the middle of the top front edge. I realize natural materials will have their flaws, but it certainly would have been nicer if the flaw had been positioned on a hidden edge (on the back perhaps). Overall| the player is fine, and certainly is the one to get if you want a CD player to match your Tivoli table radio.

What a great looking CD player. It's so elegant and understated. I can put this on my desk at work, and enjoy it's understated design but obviously high price (conspicuous consumption)
